A great base for exploring, with a vibrant location near food spots and parks, while also maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast offered a nice selection that accommodated everyone in the family, and the Christmas decorations added a charming touch. The lack of a dedicated parking spot was a minor inconvenience, as was the somewhat shy demeanor of the staff, which left room for improvement in guest engagement.

The homemade rolls at breakfast were killer, and I stumbled upon a fantastic Vietnamese joint, Viet Thai Bistro, just a hop away. Spacious rooms.
Just a quick note, the mattress was a tad too soft for my liking.

Clean, well-located, reasonably priced hotel. Rooms small, but for the price, not at all bad. Location excellent: away from the tourist section, but in a good part of the city not far from the Marienplatz with interesting restaurants and cafe all around. Hotel staff was very nice and very helpful.
Rooms were small, but more to the point, the bathroom and toilet were very very inconveniently placed. These were obviously just tacked onto the rooms to make them into hotel rooms. The toilet especially was a headache -- located right next to the bed, and with a see-through door (!!). Also, we asked for a no-smoking room, but the first room that was given to us smelled like a year-old ashtray. (They found another room for us.) The whole boutique thing is nice, I guess, but it seems to try to cover up a general shabbiness. I'd say this is a 2/3 star hotel with pretensions.

everything was really fine, great location, in the close vicinity to the marienplatz, museums (pinakoteken), major shopping streets. besides, dozens of bars/restaurants on the very street including very cozy tai one on the first floor

The location was perfect for getting to the city center and Oktoberfest. Our rooms werenice and neat. Definitely check out the nearby food markets and public transport options. A well-priced choice for a fun group trip!
One downside was the small size of the rooms. It felt a bit cramped sometimes, especially for more than two people.

Very good location, close to museums, cafes and a big park. Good breakfast too.
Wireless connection was very slow, very weak signal and very expensive. The bathroom is very narrow and you can see through the glass door.

A very pleasant way to end my weekend. Ideal and clean accommodation with perfect and convenient location next to the nicest areas of Munich, and a center of Munich. Very very good building and rooms for my bed. Easy check in and a very good service throughout my stay. Late check out.

Went for Oktoberfest and this turned out to be a great hotel for the price during our stay. Short walk to the u-train and plenty to do around the hotel with shopping and bars.

It's clean and cosy hotel, not far from city center.
It's design hotel, so it could be a surprise that the shower and basin are situated in the hall of the room! The door in toilet is situated right near the bed and it's semitransparent!
